An organised workshop starts with the right tool storage. With the new EUROBASE tool carriages from Unior, you benefit from ease of use, safety and durability. They feature seven fully extendable drawers, a sturdy construction and a durable finish with industrially zinc-plated drawers. This allows you to store your tools neatly and keep everything within easy reach.
Maximum storage capacity and ease of use
With seven drawers and a total capacity of 130 litres, the EUROBASE1 offers ample space for a wide range of tools and accessories.
The layout consists of six shallow drawers (L560 × W400 × H70 mm) and one extra-deep drawer (L560 × W400 × H150 mm). Thanks to the high-quality ball-bearing slides, the drawers open and close smoothly and extend fully. This also ensures easy access to tools stored at the back.
For optimal organisation, the tool carriages are compatible with Unior tool trays in sizes 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3. The sturdy worktop with raised edges provides a practical working surface and helps prevent tools and components from sliding off.
Zinc-plated drawers for a longer service life
A key feature of the new EUROBASE models is their industrially zinc-plated drawers without an additional paint coating. This finish offers high resistance to corrosion, scratches and impacts. Unlike conventional paint, which can peel off when damaged, the zinc coating remains intact more effectively.
The zinc-plated steel also offers good resistance to contact with oil, grease, fuels, cleaning agents and many solvents. This makes the tool carriages suitable for demanding working environments where durability and a robust finish are essential.
For the housing, Unior uses high-quality Premium Plus sheet steel with a material thickness ranging from 0.6 to 1.0 mm. The environmentally friendly paint finish complies with the Qualicoat quality standard.
Safe and stable in use
The EUROBASE 1 is equipped with a locking system compatible with most standard padlocks. During movement, the central locking system keeps all drawers securely closed.
Instead of a traditional key-operated lock, you use your own padlock. If you lose the key or need to replace the lock, there is no need to replace the entire locking system: simply fit a new padlock.

Four oil- and acid-resistant wheels with a diameter of 100 mm ensure smooth manoeuvrability. One wheel features an integrated brake that locks both rolling and swivelling, keeping the tool carriage stable while you work.
The sturdy construction supports a static load of up to 800 kg without wheels and a dynamic load of up to 240 kg. Each drawer has a maximum load capacity of 25 kg.

The EUROBASE tool carriages are available in three finishes, allowing you to match the colour to your workshop layout.
