Working safely in environments with an electrical circuit
When working in an environment with electrical voltage, the safety of the operator is the highest priority. That is why Unior has a wide range of VDE-insulated tools specifically developed for this purpose. These Unior insulated tools are manufactured from a specially formulated steel of extremely high quality and are therefore ideally suited for working under a maximum voltage of 1000 Volts. The Unior VDE tools are made entirely in accordance with the European Standard EN 60900. Furthermore, every insulated safety tool is individually tested at the end of the production process, and every individual tool undergoes 5 safety tests. Therefore, random samples are not used; instead, all tools are tested one by one. Within this category, you will find, among others, wrenches, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers, cable knives, electrician's scissors, and various accessories.
Ultimate protection for the user
Unior insulated VDE tools ensure the ultimate protection of the user, even when used around power circuits up to 1000 Volts. All tools are thoroughly and individually checked by means of impact strength, electrical resistance, flame retardation, insulation adhesion, and stamp tests, where each tool is tested separately and not via a random sample.
High-quality steel
These insulated wrenches, pliers, scissors, screwdrivers, and other tools are made of high-quality tool steel with extra protection, and designed for easy, safe, and ergonomic use.
VDE regulations
VDE-insulated and tested according to VDE regulations, Unior tools for working in electrical environments meet the requirements of the internationally recognised European standard EN 60900.
